The pathway repair fee is specifically for projects that disturb the 92nd Ave NE natural resin pathway. As measured by the Town Engineer, the following fees apply: A $1,250 fee per location for less than or equal to 25 square feet or a $2,500 fee per location for greater than 25 square feet.

The fee is equal to one percent (1%) of the value of the proposed project. It is charged for all demolition permits, site development permits, and building permits. The fee may be waived or reduced by the Town Engineer only in the event an applicant can document that construction materials will not be transported using town streets.
