The Public Health Department of Seattle and King County issues plumbing permits for the Town of Yarrow Point.  For questions regarding plumbing permits go to www.metrokc.gov/health/plumbing

The Town of Yarrow Point issues gas piping permits. 

Building construction in compliance with the current Washington State Energy Code, and the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code is required.  The Town of Yarrow Point will accept any form that proves compliance with the Energy Code.  The Washington State University Energy Extension Office provides information useful in achieving Energy Code compliance.  The WSU Energy Extension Office website will provide answers to most of your residential Energy Code questions.  www.energy.wsu.edu/library
