Town Hall hours are: Monday through Thursday (except holidays) from: 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm    Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm

The Mayor and staff of the Town conduct day-to-day operations of the Town, including responding to the needs of the general public, managing the Town's finances, maintaining the Town's streets and rights of way, issuing construction permits, inspecting projects during construction, and ensuring that the Town satisfies the requirements set by Federal, State, and Local regulations.

The Mayor and staff use several means of communication with the citizens of the Town, including:

  1. Answering telephone inquiries about any number of topics 
  2. Posting monthly meeting agendas at Town Hall for upcoming meetings of the Town Council, Planning Commission, Park Board, and Hearing Examiner
  3. Publishing public hearing and public meeting notices in the Eastside Edition of the Seattle Times. 
  4. Distributing a quarterly newsletter to all residents of Yarrow Point describing actions contemplated and taken by the Town's elected and appointed officials as well as regional issues that are likely to impact the Town and its citizens.
  5. Sending out e-mail notifications of important Town events and news

Citizens of the Town are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings of their elected and appointed officials in order to participate in their local government.  The Town of Yarrow Point values the input of its citizens and attempts to meet the varied needs of its citizenry in a respectful and timely fashion
